How great that you want to work with me! Here’s some info for you to read to ease the communication and to ensure that there will be no misunderstandings, so our work together will be as smooth, fun and creative as possible.
SIZES
Clothes: S-M/EU36-38 (38 usually in pants or if sizes are small)
Shoes: EU39
Bust: 87 cm
Waist: 68 cm
Hips: 96 cm
Height: 175 cm
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT I BRING
I will bring everything we've agreed upon prior to the shoot, and I need to get the information a few weeks in advance before I leave for the tour (ask me for specific date). If you haven't told me to bring anything, I will assume it's an art nude booking, and I will therefore only bring my robe and body oil.
FOOD
If we have a 3 hours shoot or longer I will expect there will be something to snack on during the shoot. If we are having a full day shoot, I will also expect lunch. If this is not how you roll – no worries! Just let me know beforehand and I’ll bring my own food. Are we having an outdoor shoot and it’s not in the middle of summer? Then hot tea is always helpful to keep the model warm and happy. I like mine with a bit of honey and milk in.
Food restrictions: I’m a vegetarian. I don’t eat animals and I don’t eat licorice! Licorice is something the devil created - so is fennel, star anise and anything that tastes like licorice.
MAKEUP AND HAIR
I can put on a professional, basic photoshoot makeup and I will arrive with my makeup on. For anything more advanced, I’m happy to work with makeup artists. My hair is naturally curly and medium-long. If you want me to mess up my makeup or hair during the shoot, this is something I need to know beforehand, so I can bring more than just my touch-up kit, and so I can plan for my day after our shoot.
TIME
This is usually never an issue, but to avoid misunderstandings: For all bookings, the time starts when I arrive at the shoot on the agreed time and stops when you shoot your last picture. Breaks are included in the shooting time.
LEVELS/LIMITS
I shoot fashion, portrait, conceptual art, emotional concepts, beauty, boudoir and artistic art nude (no labia showing).
I don’t shoot glamour, fetish and erotic/adult/open leg. I will also say no to concepts, if I deem them tacky or male-gazey.
I also don’t shoot with fur (real or faux). If you want to shoot a concept that can be perceived as religious or political, please inform me beforehand about the concept, so I can accept it or not.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
I take a non-refundable deposit of 30% via Wise or bank transfer when you book me. The remaining balance is to be paid at the shoot through Wise or bank transfer. It’s also possible to pay the balance in cash at the shoot, but electronic payment is preferred.
I only accept the agreed currency. Please inform me of your preferred payment method, so I can give you the required information. I can also provide an invoice.
NB! PayPal for the deposit is also possible with an additional 5% to the fee for platform commission.
For cancellations I claim the rights to keep the deposit as a cancellation fee. If I cancel the shoot for any reason, which is very unlikely, I will refund the deposit.
A SHOOTING PARTNER OR AN ASSISTANT?
Do you have a shooting buddy that you’d like to share the booking with? Please send me their portfolio beforehand for me to approve of them. I don’t allow more than one camera pointed at me at the time. For model shares, 10% will be added to my current rate.
Do you want an assistant on the shoot that’s totally fine, as long as I am informed of this at the time you book me.
MY RULES DURING THE SHOOT
Don’t ever touch me without my consent – makeup artists and hair stylists are excepted.
My personal space is an arm’s length from my body.
I do not allow anyone to shoot pictures or video of me with visible labia. I do not ever make exceptions.
Behind the scenes photos and videos is only allowed if I have given my permission.
These rules are my safety when modeling. If you or an assistant violates my rules, I will leave the shoot, fully paid.
WHAT YOU CAN USE THE IMAGES FOR
Your portfolio(s)
Your own marketing, including publications/features
Image competitions
Exhibitions
Art prints & art book sales
Sell prints to clients
WHAT YOU CANNOT USE THE IMAGES FOR
Any pornographic contexts & adult sites (incl. Bentbox)
Any religious or political contexts
Sell the images to third party companies for advertisement and stock images
CONTRACT
If you want me to sign a contract, it needs to be in line with what is in this text, and you need to present it to me prior to the shoot. I will not sign a contract that I'm first time presented with at the shoot. Your contract needs to state that 1. The images cannot be sold to third parties for advertisement and e.g. stock photography 2. The leves/genres I have agreed to. If we are shooting art nude level, it needs to state “The Model has agreed to shooting artistic nude (no visible labia).”
You are welcome to use my contract, which is in line with the basic copyrights and my terms. Read the contract here - remember to print out 2 copies for us to fill out and sign at the shoot.
IMAGES AFTERWARDS
After the shoot, you do as you like. If you want to throw all the images in the bin – sad, but totally okay! If you want to wait a couple of years before you edit anything – also fine! But if and when you finish images, a part of working with me as model for your art projects, is to send them to me afterwards. Uncensored, in a resolution that is at least good enough for web, so I can show others our work as well. I will have the right to use the images for my portfolios and social medias. I will not have the right to sell any of our images to third parties.
I will always credit you when publishing our common work, and I will expect that you also credit me. Only my artist name “Regina Piil” can be used in reference to our images.

WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU
That you bring up any concern you might have before we go further with our booking.
That you have read all my terms and respect them during and after the shoot. Booking a shoot with me equals agreeing to my terms.
That you either have a concept you want to shoot, or we create something together on the spot.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME
I will be very clear in my communication with you. I am honest and straightforward, meaning we will easily avoid misunderstandings between us.
I will stay professional.
That I will do my very best to create amazing images together with you.
That I care about my modeling and about the images we create. This is not just a job for me, this is my passion and my artistry.
